Elephas is a Madison, WI based biotechnology start-up company
working to build an instrument platform that will inform how
clinicians treat cancer patients around the world. We are searching
for a People Operations Partner who is looking to join a group of
motivated people driven to providing hope to cancer patients

The People Operations Partner works closely with the People &
Culture leader to administer, support and scale all HR functional
areas. This position is a culture champion and delivers an
exceptional employee experience as the primary contact for employee
day-to-day requests, and establishes and maintains processes,
procedures and organization for the team. The People Operations
Partner is also a key contributor to People & Culture initiatives
and projects such as employee onboarding & development, performance
management, and engagement. Be primary contact for employees with
HR related inquiries and administer benefits
Day-to-day administration and support of all HR functional areas,
such as culture, engagement, benefits, leaves, HRIS, performance
management, recognition, communication, etc.
Partner with the HR team on onboarding for a hypergrowth
organization ensuring employees are empowered with the knowledge
and tools for success
Participate in People & Culture initiatives and projects
Support objectives for process development, continuous improvement,
and implementation of efficiencies across all HR Functional areas

and teammate What Will You Need? Bachelor's degree in human
resources, business or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of human resources generalist experience.
Previous experience administering employee benefit plans, leaves
and HRIS preferred. Payroll experience beneficial.
Strong working knowledge, and application of, labor and employment
related laws and regulations.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to
quickly and easily learn technology/software.
Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written,
presentation/facilitation). Highly self-motivated, curious, driven
to achieve and solution oriented.
