This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the Shop Manager with the primary responsibility to assist with various duties related to countertop fabrication.Essential Duties/Responsibilities of the Granite Shop Associate:

• Arrive at the shop on time and ready to work.
• Operate fabrication and other equipment in a safe manner following manufacturer's procedures.
• Maintain machines on a daily basis.
• Maintain work area so that it is clean and neat at all times.
• Strict adherence to company safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications of the Granite Shop Associate:
  • Ability to lift between 75-100 pounds of material unassisted and on a regular basis.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Well-organized.
  • Previous experience with/or demonstrated ability to learn product fabrication techniques preferred.
