Overview of Position The Client Support Team provides 24/7/365 support for Accountable Care and Network Services managed out of our Pensacola, FL office. The Client Support Representative position is primarily responsible for ticket intake, providing tier 1 support and client communications regarding unexpected system outages, CHC and Vendor system scheduled downtimes and incidents and change requests submitted by customers, both internal and external. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?+ Respond to client and staff inquiries with a professional and positive attitude and as quickly as possible to ensure that issues and requests are addressed promptly and correctly. + Perform initial triage (Tier 1 Support) of incoming tickets, assist in resolution and/or escalate to other teams or vendors, as necessary. + Work closely with other teams and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of ticket resolution within company protocols and contractual SLAs. + Communication channel between clients and CHC Vendors and Internal teams. + Participate in on-call rotation. What are the requirements needed for this position?+ Associate degree and 2+ years of experience in a client support role. Additional years of experience in support may substitute for required education. + Technical aptitude and ability to research, document and solve issues of moderate complexity. What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?+ Experience using Remedyforce Console ticketing system. + Experience using Azure DevOps. + Experience with Facets and HealthEdge Health Rules Payor is a plus . + Knowledge of ANSI specifications (ANSI 834, 835, 837 276/277, 278, 270/271). + Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.+ Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
