Job Summary:
The Fluno Center building services team oversee all areas related
to the set-up and tear down of conference spaces, seminar setups,
reception setups, banquet setups and meeting room setups. this
position will clean, maintain all spaces including classrooms,
lounges, lobbies, offices, restrooms, hallways, entryways, building
exteriors and storage areas.
Responsibilities:Cleans institutional facilities, removes waste and
recycling, and monitors building security to ensure cleanliness,
orderliness, and safety in assigned areas. Leads the custodial work
of others and responds to custodial emergencies.
+ 35% Utilizes basic equipment and supplies to clean assigned
facility areas and remove waste and recyclables
+ 10% Monitors and secures facility interior and exterior entrances
and reports issues to appropriate entities
+ 10% Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment,
documents inventory, and requests additional supplies as needed
+ 15% Maintains clean and clear walkways to ensure they are free of
debris, litter, snow, and ice
+ 5% Schedules, monitors, and communicates with staff and assists
with basic training
+ 5% Responds to facility emergency and hazardous situations, and
escalates incidents according to established policies and
procedures
+ 20% Meeting Room set up to customer specification as listed on
BEO's

education and campus conferences.

resource for continuing education, campus conferences and visitors.

facilities. Conference Centers provides high-quality conference
services, including lodging, audiovisual, catering and registration

meetings.
