b"Responsible for developing Business Intelligence solutions and provides customers with analytical assistance. Responsibilities include documentation of development delivery approach, ability to design and develop Business Intelligence reporting solutions and may support and administer business objects environment./nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/n * Designing and developing reporting solutions based on architectural approaches./n * Accountable for detailed report development and universe design activities as part of project initiatives or to support business users reporting requests./n * Provides expertise and guidance by identifying customer reporting requirements and needs and deciphering those requirements into a reporting solution./n * Provide direction and recommendation to the customer on what type of reporting solutions should be used to solve their reporting needs./n * Partner with other IT and Shared Services organizations and seek out collaboration opportunities./n * Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher management levels./n * Manages multiple small to medium size projects in a cross-functional setting./n * Performs other duties as assigned./nEDUCATION/n * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education/nEXPERIENCE/n * Three years/xe2/x80/x99 experience in business intelligence report development, developing SQL queries, tool administration, and analytics with an emphasis on Business Objects Webi/Crystal or SAS/n * Experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems/nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/n * Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs./n * Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements./n * Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors./n * Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc./n * Frequent keyboard use/data entry./n * Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping./n * Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs./n * Rare climbing./n-/nResponsible for developing Business Intelligence solutions and provides customers with analytical assistance.
