We are recruiting for a full-time Commercial Loan Administrator (Executive Assistant). This position primarily supports a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending (SVPCL) and provides auxiliary support to other associates within the Commercial Lending Department. This position is responsible for ongoing customer, project, email, schedule, file and database management of materials which are confidential in nature across a Microsoft / Salesforce platform. The administrator is also responsible for building and maintaining exceptional internal and external relationships, as well as identifying growth opportunities and cross selling additional products and services to enhance the profitability of each client relationship. This position must maintain a high level of confidentiality, while displaying tact, diplomacy, discretion, and independent judgment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in management, finance, accounting or paralegal studies preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an assistant in banking or office sector required. 5+ years of customer service required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF file management, CRM and other applicable software.
