thrive. The Opportunity: As a Party Services Coordinator, you will
serve as the main point of contact for our local County Parties and
other party units across the state of Wisconsin. You will answer
phone calls to the party and will serve as a live help desk to
ensure party leaders--- requests and questions are answered
promptly and/or directed to the correct department within the
WisDems. You will also work in a direct 1:1 support roles for
select counties within strategic, targeted legislative districts,
and will regularly facilitate activities that may include but are
not limited to weekly check-in's, additional support, etc.
Additionally, you will work with the Party Affairs Manager to
administer & facilitate the membership program to help sustain &
grow the WisDems membership program. Job Responsibilities:
Administer membership renewals by mail, phone, and email. Process
memberships in a timely manner and ensure membership data accuracy,
making corrections as needed. Working with the Party Affairs
Manager, assisting in the implementation of a membership
recruitment and membership benefits programs. Manage the
organization---s internal ticketing system in order to centralize
responses to specific requests to ensure faster response rates to
our subunit members. Monitor applicable email inboxes to ensure
timely responses. Staff a live help desk on the phone for our
County Officers to ensure their questions and requests are answered
in a timely manner, and be the main point of contact for all other
incoming calls and monitoring the voicemail inbox. Assist in the
distribution of signage and other campaign merchandise as
instructed by the Party Affairs Manager. Provide 1:1 support to
select county parties, including services like event planning
support, social media support, facilitated bi-weekly checkin---s,
and more Other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Required):

Qualifications (Preferred): Technical Proficiency - Experience
productively utilizing G-Suite and Microsoft Office in a work
environment, especially Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. County Party
Ties - Previous experience effectively working with county party
