Interpreter

Interpreter provides Spanish Interpretation for Access Community Health Centers (ACHC) patients, families and staff.

Required Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent.
Must have Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI).
Prior experience using medical terminology in both Spanish and English Languages.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural differences.
Excellent Organizational skills.
Flexibility and ability to perform under pressure.
Fluent in oral and written Spanish and English Languages.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience serving as an interpreter in a clinic or hospital setting.
