Job Summary: The Senior Superintendent manages the construction of healthcare or senior living projects, valued at between $5M and $20M. This role oversees the total construction effort to ensure a project is constructed in accordance to design, budget, and schedule, and is expected to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Superintendent may supervise Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents, and is responsible for oversight of subcontractors ensuring contract compliance..

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field, or related fieldCertifications and/or Licenses:OSHA 30-Hour trainingObtained or Pursuing ASHE HCC certificateICRA certificationFirst Aid/CPR/AED certificationRelevant Experience & Training:10 years' construction experience on healthcare or senior living projectsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWorking Conditions:Work is performed in a professional, creative, open office environment with business casual attire. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours. There are occasions where extra effort will be required to meet project deadlines.
