Resident Assistant (Remembrance Home)

The Resident Assistant is responsible for the basic resident
care provision and promotion of non-acute quality care to the
population of the community based residential facility (CBRF) as
outlined in Individual Service Plan designed to meet the needs of
our residents, and in a manner, that follows accepted standards of
practices, policies, procedures, and State Regulations. The
Resident Assistant will follow all policies/procedures and nursing
standards under the supervision of the RN, LPN, and CNA.
Four, 7.5hour shifts from 6:30a to 2:30p including every other
weekend and holiday rotation.
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma
or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an
institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for
Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent and be at
least 18 years of age.
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: Previous health care experience.
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s),
etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions
are subject to review to determine if restrictions are
substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded
by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of
hire. Resident Assistant certification within three months of
Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
Resident Assistant certification at time of hire.
