Specifically, you will: --- Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and other business development related activities--- Meet with prospective clients to determine talent acquisition objectives by conferring with hiring executives and business owners--- Analyze, interpret, present, and recommend sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions--- Meet with clients to review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews--- Network and promote the organization at business expos, networking events, and professional networking groups and associations Qualifications: We are in need of someone who is: --- Competitive, driven and thrives in a fast-paced and high pressure environment--- Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands--- A "hunter" and enjoys the thrill of finding clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services--- Able to travel within assigned market(s)--- Committed to excellence in everything they do The following qualifications will lead to success in this role: --- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, communications, marketing or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience in a similar position/field--- 3-5 years, prior experience in a recruiter, sales, business development, or similar role, preferably in the staffing industry--- Highly organized with impeccable time management & decision-making skills--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills--- Strong work ethic and results orientation--- Experience working with Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and Outlook At Remedy, we have a work-hard, play-hard attitude and an environment where high performance and excellence is expected.
