Kelly in partnership with our customer in Madison is seeking qualified candidates for a Direct Hire role as an Executive Assistant.-- In this direct hire role, you will be hired as an employee of the organization on day number 1.-- Qualified candidates must have prior experience in the financial services industry as well as a strong administrative background.Job Duties:----

• Supporting the responsibilities of the firm president
• Assist financial advisors with financial planning activities
• Provide customer support to clients and prospects
• Process account applications
• Assist team members with preparation for events
• Maintain efficient and accurate records and files
• Interact and communicate with corporate vendors
• Responsible for insuring the smooth administrative operations of the firmJob Requirements:
  • 4 years' experience and knowledge of financial services (either insurance, securities, or both)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and process skills along with excellent typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, proper grammar, and spelling
  • Ability to complete work on a timely basis and work as part of a small team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as a CRM system
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
