Position Overview:
Under the direction of the IT Manager, this position supports the day to day IT infrastructure for the company. Duties include providing ongoing support for all end user systems including PC's, Mac's, mobile devices, as well any related end user software. Additional areas of responsibility include the phone system and call center software.

This position is located at our office in Cottage Grove, WI.

Responsibilities:
Infrastructure

Support daily IT operations through the IT Helpdesk
Responsible for adds, moves and changes throughout the IT ecosystem
Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues
Escalate issues to proper levels as needed


Work Practices:

All paperwork filled out completely and accurately
Keep your work environment clean and organized
Be on time according to schedule
Complete tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Education:

Minimum high school education or equivalent required
The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing a career in IT


Experience:

No relevant IT experience required
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting computers and technology required

Ability to remain focused and organized


Skills:
Technical Skills:

Strong PC troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft applications and services (Office, Office 365, Windows OS)
Familiarity with Microsoft Server Administration (Active Directory, file/print sharing)
Basic troubleshooting ability
Familiarity with managing a Mac environment

Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks, improving current work processes and assisting others when necessary
