Job Description:
Looking for multiple Desktop professionals. This person will
travel to courthouses throughout Wisconsin in support of computer
hardware implementations, equipment upgrades, and field service.
They will also take rotating shifts working within the call center,
where they will provide professional in-person technical support to
users. This position involves roughly 50% in-state travel and 50%
in-house work.The selected candidates must have excellent verbal
communications skills, will have a valid Wisconsin driver license,
and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Phone based technical
support Remote Desktop Management Tools Administration - Resource
and People Management Active Directory Tools Installation and
Maintenance of PCs Remote desktop support tools (RDP, SCCM, etc.)
