We are in search of hard working, professional individuals, who are looking for full OR part time work that live in or around the Madison area.BENEFITS INCLUDE:(PART TIME)* Top pay in the industry* Paid training* Uniform allowance* Flexible schedule* Educational opportunities* Professional growth(FULL TIME ) - ALL OF THE ABOVE PLUS:* Health & life Insurance* 401(k)* PTO after 1 yearREQUIREMENTS for regular employment *Current WI Security Permit, or Private Detective License*Current WI Firearms Permit and/or WI CCW* Must be at least 18 years of age.* High School diploma or equivalent* 24 college credits, preferably in criminal justice or a related field.OR* 1 year of military service with an honorable discharge.OR* 1 year of Police, Corrections, EMT or Firefighter experience* Must be a US resident or documented naturalization proof* Must have excellent customer service & communication skills and the ability to speak & write in fluent English.* Must have reliable transportation, reliable cell phone, and a valid driver's license.* Must have daily access to e-mail / internet* Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays* Must pass a background check with no felony convictions and pass a drug screen test.Job Requirements:* Assure security of life and property* Develop a security program and security projects that address identified risks and business security requirements* Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot (interior), in vehicle (exterior)/li* Perform security patrols of designated area on foot or in vehicle* Conduct armed and/or unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior)* Oversee the staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers* Maintain compliance with all site policies, procedures, and directives* Administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements* Protect the critical facilities of a high profile client* Perform armed security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle/li* Conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior), control access and egress, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity* Investigate and report suspicious activities and/or circumstances* Conduct armed stationary, foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior)* Perform armed security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle* Provide a highly visible physical security presence* Manage security incidents and hazards* Maintain periodic qualification of armed response, physical fitness and weapon requirements/li* Note any security, safety or fire hazards* Inspect security control logs and take action* Provide security and safety for personnel, property, facilities, and assets
