Summary:Are you a people person who thrives on meeting goals? If so, please read on! We are partnering with our client, on Madison's west side, in hiring a Recruitment Specialist! This temporary, remote role is expected to last 13 weeks with the possibility of an extension. Candidates must live in the Madison area in the event of a return to in-office work. This opportunity offers full-time set hours between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm. The pay rate is $18 /hour, based on experience. The ideal candidate will excel in Customer Service and have outstanding interpersonal skills! If this role sounds like a match for you, please apply today for consideration!Responsibilities:* Provide advice to hiring managers on relevant process/procedure for creating job requisitions, posting vacancies and preparing for recruitment* Review all job requisition information for accuracy, completeness and appropriate approvals* Obtain position description and verify approval with Compensation staff* Complete applicant tracking/disposition in Taleo* Coordinate the referral of applicants and the scheduling of initial and subsequent interviews* Coordinate reference checks on final candidates* Prepare and send acknowledgment, eligibility and status letters to applicants* Respond to inquiries from applicants; including status of recruitment process, rate of pay and other conditions of employment* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop recruitment plans for positions* Create a visible presence on social media for all current and future positions in recruitment* Network and reach out to passive candidates with skills and knowledge relevant for current or future hiring needs* Schedule new employees for an Employee Health Assessment, New Employee Orientation and follow up on processing of new hire paperwork* Prepare and send regret letters to non-selected applicants* Prepare confirmation letter and review with hiring Manager and Recruiter* Review new hire paperwork for disclosure of related criminal convictions; review findings with Recruiter* Facilitate completion of social security verification, Medicare sanction check and education verification and certifications* Close out recruitment files and prepare new employee paperwork for personnel files* Assist with events and other projects as neededQualifications:* Bachelor Degree in HR and 2 years HR experience is preferred; will consider 2 years office or customer service in an office role if candidate went to school for HR* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all internal and external customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written* Ability to analyze and interpret data* Excellent organizational, prioritization, time and project management skills* Must be willing to submit necessary immunization records as requested upon acceptance of offer#MMAS
