COMPANY PERKS: --- Highly Profitable Company --- Experiencing Major Growth Past Few Years Continuing --- Opportunity to be hand's on with your Accounting Team --- Great Compensation Benefits Package RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER: --- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare and analyze Financial Statements. --- Manage Lead the entire AP AR teams Accountants (Supervise 7 people) --- Manage the Month-End Close process for Properties --- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. --- Report to the CFO and works on any Ad-Hoc projects as assigned Job Requirements We are looking for a Controller with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us. We are seeking someone with 'Hands-On' experience and someone that is a 'Do-ER'. Someone that enjoys leading a team and supervising people is a must!
