Operational Summary: Drivers will work 5 to 5 and -- days per week on 7 day per week schedule.$5,000 Sign-on Bonus!!!Now offering REMOTE ORIENTATION- no travel to corporate required!!Regional Reefer Lanes.$.63 per Round Trip Miles for Regional Loads to ND, SD, IA, WI, IL, MN, NE, and Northern MI.Targeted yearly earnings $81,900Safety Bonus Program:$.015 per Mile Bonus Potential, based on $.005 per Qtr on the miles ran that Quarter, meeting the Safety Criteria, as well as a $.005 per mile at the end of the year, based on the previous years miles and Safety Performance. Then $.005 per Mile in Annual Longevity Pay / Bonus is also based on the previous year's miles. A driver must be with us a full year the previous year.Great Benefits, which are a 40% to 60% lower cost to our employees and include Medical, Dental Vision, Life, Disability, and 50% 401 K Matching.Owner Operator Pay: Current = $1.10 ALL Miles (If Blackhawk provides the Plates)FSC for ALL Dispatch/Round Trip Miles at $1.50 Peg, paid at $.01 per mile, per $.06 increments.Miles per Week Target: 2,500 per Truck per Week (Based on 2 Turns Per Week). Each Driver must be motivated / able to get at least 2 Turns Per Week for 2,500 miles to stay on the Account.
