Director- Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living and Memory Care

experienced, dedicated CBRF Administrator to provide exceptional

facility, working in tandem with the Resident Care
Coordinator and the care giving staff. The ideal
candidate will have a strong leadership skill set and a history of
achieving excellence in compliance and resident satisfaction. This
individual will also mentor, train, and coach caregivers to be the

Required: CBRF Administrators License or Degree in Health
Care related field
Resident Care Director
Direct residence operations in accordance with its policies and
procedures, mission and philosophy. Lead and motivate employees in
providing quality care and services to residents and maintain high
level of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to and implement residence policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of the residence’s budget.
Operate the residence within the budget.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as directed.
Maintain up-to-date and complete resident files.
Assume on-call responsibilities.
Make final decision on resident move-ins and move-outs based on
the well-being of the resident an in accordance with the residence
policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Participate in internal audits and develop correction plans as
Hiring, Supervising and Training
Recruit, hire and supervise all employees, and ensure adequate

Responsible for giving tours and remains current in the
knowledge of the residence for marketing purposes.
Adheres to the general maintenance of the building to ensure a
clean and odor-free living space for all residents.
Ensure building, equipment and furniture are free of repairs and
any maintenance issue is addressed to corporate in a timely
