The Patient Services Director is a multifaceted position located
at our main Femrite Campus. This position oversees all aspects of
the Adult Residential Treatment Program Admissions Department,
manages the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic, and oversees the
day-to-day operation of the women s sober living home, Chandra s
House of Hope.
This professional position serves as a point of first contact
for individuals in need of services, as well as provider and
community partners. This individual establishes and maintains
relationships and serves as an internal and external liaison to
support the wellbeing of clients and the mission and goals of the

Manage the Patient Services Team which serves as the primary
point of first contact and triage for inquiries to programs and
services organization wide.
Supervise and complete admissions to the residential treatment
program, including bed count and waitlist management, clinical
review of cases, insurance verification, authorizations, billing
complexities, financial, FMLA, COBRA, and disability consulting,
and data management.
Manage the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic operations and
Establish and maintain provider relationships for referral and

residential treatment program.
Assist with the electronic health records implementation,
maintenance, and decision making.
Responsible for campus general management of facilities
including maintenance, signage, cleaning, etc.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Business, Health Services,
or related field.
Demonstrated relationship management, strong communication
skills, and attention to detail.
5 years experience working with insurance companies and other
2 years experience working with COBRA, FMLA, and disability.
Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
