Summary of Major Responsibilities The Integration Strategy
Associate Director will provide guidance and execution of
integration process flow as Exact Sciences continues to add
products, technologies, and businesses to its infrastructure. This
position will be responsible for developing integration strategies
during evaluation, diligence, and closing phases of mergers,
acquisitions, commercial partnerships, and technology-based deals.
The role will also be responsible for leading the execution phase
of deals in post-transaction phases to enhance the integration
efficiency of people, processes, and technology across the
organization. This position requires strong program, project, and
people management abilities, and will serve as a steward of the
integration processes developed at Exact Sciences and will optimize
and manage the complexity of integrations in support of ongoing
growth strategy. This position will partner across the business
functions of Exact Sciences, including with centralized project
management teams, to ensure alignment of strategy and activities
holistically throughout the integration.
The Integration Strategy Associate Director will effectively
drive integrations through strategic partnership, cross-functional,
cross-business collaboration, and an effective business plan
carried out through various direct and indirect team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop long- and
short-term strategic plans, providing process direction and
tactical plans to progress the company’s business development

may include overnight/weekend travel.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, business, or related
10+ years of progressively responsible experience within global
diagnostics, life sciences, medical device, or related
6+ years of progressively responsible experience in business
leadership roles within global diagnostics, life sciences, medical
device, or related companies.
4+ years of experience leading or directing people and/or
Demonstrated ability to participate in and lead cross-functional
technical teams and to achieve results through cooperation with
other functions and project teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and
Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the
position with or without accommodation.
Authorization to work in the United States without
Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MS, etc.).
12+ years of progressively responsible experience in business
and/or cross-functional leadership roles within global diagnostics,
life sciences, or medical device companies.
Experience and/or knowledge of the cancer care continuum and
Technical/scientific background in molecular biology.
