Job Description:

Summary: A full time salaried position for an individual who has completed their Graduate coursework and Practicum hours/requirements and is waiting/scheduled to take the BCBA exam within a 3-6 month period. This individual would take on a full caseload under the supervision of a BCBA. The Senior Lead Case Supervisor is responsible for implementing treatment plans to Total Spectrum's clients, with all of their work approved and supervised by the BCBA. Status: Exempt Reporting Relationship: 5% of time worked supervised by BCBA Scope of Supervision: RBT Hours Required: Full-Time; 80 hours a month of direct work with the client (i.e. regular session, supervision, billable programming without patient and family treatment guidance). Position responsibilities: - Provide direct services to clients by implementing all programs developed and/or approved by BCBA's. - Manage a full caseload under the direct and regular supervision of BCBA, providing Supervision and Family Treatment Guidance. - Meet weekly with their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) and come prepared to do a case review on each client. - Conduct assessments and write assessment reports, revised by the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA). - Develop programming for clients on an ongoing basis and make sure to keep teaching instructions up to date. - Complete Progress Notes for all supervision appointments. - Apply feedback given by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA). - Supervise and provide ongoing feedback to RBTs and BTs in training. - Regularly check in with Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) for any necessary support. - Implement programs based on the Principals of Applied Behavior - Collect and record data during each session. - Attend all scheduled Lead meetings and Regional BCBA meetings. - Complete all mandatory trainings, including in the home trainings and online trainings. - Conduct line therapist evaluations during therapy sessions. - Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by administrative and supervisory - Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other staff, clients and families. - Commit to and follow a weekly schedule with each assigned - Appropriately document all time and services on Daily Notes and Time sheets. Both are to be completed at the end of each session while in the home. - Collaborate with all team members. - Assist in training new line therapist - Responsible for managing staff and client - Develop needed programs and program materials for treatment. - Assist with assessment process and report writing. - Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors. - Perform other duties as assigned by - Assist in report writing including assessment, progress reports, and behavior intervention Communicate on a regular basis with all supervising BCBAs. Minimum Qualifications: - RBT Certified - Completed Graduate Course Work - Completed BACB Practicum requirements, including all practicum hours - Eligible to sit for the BCBA exam, with a 3-6 month timeline for sitting - Experience completing assessments - Experience creating and implementing treatment programs for clients - Experience managing RBTs - Displays strong clinical skills - For current employees, currently meets 80 hrs a month of direct work with clients, or a projected plan to get to 80 hrs with current and/or waitlist clients - One year or more experience working with children with developmental disabilities. - Personal vehicle for travel to and from clients homes. - Full-Time availability (if somewhat limited during the week, then must have weekend availability) - Internal candidates must be employed with Total Spectrum for a minimum of 3 months and recommended by Total Spectrum BCBA - Expected to accept any client that is 30-mile radius of your home (where you start/end your day).
