Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own sourcing strategy across ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials . This is a senior individual contributor role with real decision-making authority—ideal for someone who wants hands-on strategic impact without people management. Why This Role Own sourcing strategy that directly impacts cost, margin, and supply continuity Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and cost initiatives Influence decisions across Procurement, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations Senior-level scope with autonomy and visibility What You’ll Do Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, lead times, and service levels Analyze commodity and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply resilience Manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk mitigation plans Support new product development through cross-functional collaboration What We’re Looking For 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience (food, CPG, ingredients, or packaging preferred) Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts Analytical mindset with Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes CPSM, CSCP, or similar certification is a plus Why Join Senior impact without people management True ownership of suppliers, negotiations, and sourcing strategy Opportunity to drive meaningful cost savings and supply stability Work that directly supports business growth and margin improvement
