Join the MacArthur Co., a leader in the building materials industry, as a Warehouse Materials Handler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring the timely distribution of materials to our partners. As a materials handler, you will be responsible for the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting project success and eager to work in a dynamic warehouse environment. Load and unload building materials from trucks using forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, and document inventory data. Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner in compliance with company and OSHA safety policies. Manage storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected and organized according to company standards. Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and transporting orders to shipping areas. Assist in inventory control including counting and recording inventory during cycle counts. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
