Housekeeper Hilton Madison Monona Terrace | A Marcus Hotels & Resorts Property Schedule: Full-Time | Morning and Weekend Availability Required Salary Estimate\: $18.00/hour Location: Madison, WI Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest in the heart of Madison. Located just steps from the Capitol and minutes from UW–Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care. What You’ll Do Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly within assigned time standards Change bed linens, dust furniture, clean mirrors, and sanitize bathrooms and vanity areas Vacuum carpets and maintain cleaning equipment daily Restock housekeeping carts and closets with supplies as needed Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items to your supervisor Follow all safety, key control, and uniform policies Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments Maintain a professional, courteous attitude while working in guest areas What You Bring A positive attitude and a strong attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred—but not required Commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment for all guests What We Offer We know people thrive when they feel supported—personally and professionally.
