This is an exciting opportunity to build professional relationships
with our customers and ensure they are completely satisfied with
our services and products. Once fully trained, this position will
require product knowledge in all aspects of the Hospitality
industry as it relates to the hardware, software & networking of
retail technology systems. This role provides customer training
(in-house and on site), works closely with sales and customers and
provides advanced problem solving expertise ensuring the overall
integrity of software/programming applications. This position is
located out of our Madison, WI office.
---Effectively implement a solution designed to fulfill customer
---Analyze the software/network solution needs of customers through
customer surveys, site visits, sales input, etc.
---Program, configure, test, debug, document and install programs
and technologies and changes to existing programs/technologies as
well as set-up advanced network options and 3rd party
---Diagnose and provide advanced problem solving and
troubleshooting solutions by phone or on site for hospitality
---Work closely with project team and customers to ensure their
complete satisfaction with regard to the retail technology systems
and other solutions that we sell and service.
---Provide an excellent customer experience by following defined
standards and processes.
---This position will require travel with the potential for
Requirements & Skills:
---2+ year technical degree OR equivalent IT retail/Hospitality
software and/or networking experience required
---Experience with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and
SQL databases preferred
---Strong knowledge, troubleshooting and analysis of operating
systems and complex networking environments
---Experience with consultation, training and installation of
---Excellent customer service, communication, organization and
---Experience in the Hospitality industry and/or POS experience is
---Oracle/Micros POS/Simphony software experience is a plus
---The ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
---A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a good driving
