Job Description:

The National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD) works to improve social systems that serve society's most vulnerable individuals and families. Our research and training help these systems achieve better outcomes for maltreated and neglected children, juvenile justice-involved youth, incarcerated individuals, and older adults.

NCCD's application development team works in close collaboration with our database and IT teams to create
Internet-based tools for our customers. We are seeking a creative and resourceful person to act as a team leader in application design/architecture, front-end design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
--- Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
--- Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle.
--- Collaborative approach to team-based application development.
--- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical
audiences.

outcomes for social service agency clients to decision-support instruments that help guide social
workers toward best practices.
