Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Consultant to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Accela System Administration and System Enhancements for
Accela SaaS Clients
Support all aspects of Accela Land Management or Business Licensing
for large/complex government entities
Perform system administration activities such as ticketing intake,
user account management, and service pack testing support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in the IT industry with implementation and
supporting highly technical and complex information systems
Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic
Platform
Experience in business analysis, design, development, and testing
in the IT industry
Experience in documentation and administration in the IT
industry
