  BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
  
  • Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonuses
    
  • PTO: Minimum of 17 days per year - increases with experience + and a 4 day work week several times per year
    
  • Retirement: 401(k) - 100% match on first 3%, 50% on next 2% + 100% Employer Paid Pension

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DATABASE ENGINEER
    
    • Be responsible for the care, feeding, and backups of existing databases
      
    • Support the business with creating new databases and queries
      
    • Help drive the business forward and ensure redundancy in the event of an error to avoid business disruption
      
    • Optimize the database for performance
      PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THE DATABASE ENGINEER
      
      • Extensive experience supporting large databases - SQL, NoSQL
        
      • Database Architecture and set up
        
      • Care and maintenance of existing databases
        
      • SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
        
      • AWS
