Job DescriptionScrum Master - Build, Deploy, Azure, CSM, InfrastructureRemote Role 6+ month contract with chance to extend Our client is looking to add a proven, roll-up sleeve Scrum Master to join a global Build and Deploy Technical Service team. Experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Cloud Platform and agile application development with appropriate certification in the position, e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM).* As a Scrum Master you will be a servant leader for the engineering team to help them perform at the highest level. * You will do this by protecting the team from both internal and external distractions so they can focus on priority change. * As a Scrum Master you will hold the team accountable to their working agreements, Agile values and to the Agile framework. * You will work to accelerate the pace of cloud transformation, promote continuous improvement, drive fast feedback and accelerate the adaptation to change. * As a member of the Build and Deploy Team you'll be part of a globally dispersed team working flexibly to drive change in alignment with business priorities. * You will enable the team to work to Remote First principles and be responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy functioning team.* Advanced knowledge and experience of working with 'Agile' tools, Kanban Boards, Wiki, Whiteboards. Advanced knowledge and experience in agile enterprise methodology, ITIL and service management foundations. Recent experience working in collaboration with infrastructure, national/global dispersed team, DevOps, Azure type environment.
