Job Description:
Position Overview: -The Temporary HR Coordinator will help
support onboarding and recruiting functions for our retail stores,
contact center and fulfillment centers during our peak season.
Position Details: The position is expected to run from August until
the beginning of December. -Work Environment: -At Duluth Trading
Company, we fundamentally believe in strong in-person interactions

each other. This position will require some weekend support. -What
You'll Do:
- Participate in new hire onboarding functions as needed,
including background checks, drug screens, and required onboarding
documents to ensure timely completion -
- Maintain ongoing communications with candidates and partners
through the process to ensure completion of tasks and attendance at
orientation
- Ensure that all I-9 documentation is completed and follow up as
needed
- Schedule and conduct virtual or face-to-face interviews with
potential candidates
- Update tracking logs for # of openings and # of filled
positions
- Coordinate schedule for new hire orientation and follow-up
w/candidate on details
- Create and present offer letters to candidates
- Completion of special assignments and projects as assignedWhat
We're Looking For: -
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Equivalent work experience would be considered
- Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee and
company information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High sense of urgency
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities,
self-motivated
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HRIS and reporting,
able to review and analyze data
- Attention to detail to review and analyze information Detail
oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Excellent
verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt

factors including but not limited to education, work experience,
