We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Waupun, WI. We are located a little over an hour Northwest of Milwaukee. Our ideal candidate is proficient with osseous adjusting, able to handle a high volume of patients, and is looking to learn and grow with a knowledgeable and successful team, with a 20-year history of running a profitable and expanding practice.

Duties:
Patient Exam-Evaluation including initial exams (medical history, physical exam, ROFs, review pertinent documents-reports-imaging)
Order and Read X-ray Imaging and reports
Diagnosis, Report of findings, and Comprehensive therapy care plans
Chiropractic care, Manual Adjusting, Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Webster, modalities, personalized rehab ex programs, physiotherapy, and lifestyle advice-counseling
Patient education and instruction on benefits of continued therapy-chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, home care and therapies
Documentation-progress notes
Collaboration with colleagues and staff for high quality patient care
Frequent progress checks-patient re-evaluations to ensure goals are being met

Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractic License in WI

Schedule:
Full time
36 hrs per week.

Compensation:
$60k-$80k per year (DOE)
