Job Description Robinson Brothers Environmental has a rare
opening on its Administration Team. Due to a retirement the Payroll
Coordinator position has opened. We are looking for someone who
wants to own the entire Payroll and Benefits Administration. This
individual will be the point person for all Team Members payroll &
benefits questions. The Payroll Coordinator also maintains the
licensing requirements for our team members. The ability to
multi-task, protect confidentiality, portray a positive attitude
and strong work ethic are just as important as technical Payroll
knowledge and abilities. Ideal candidates must demonstrate great
attention to detail, be self-motivated, have good communication and
organizational skills while handling deadlines and multiple
projects. Prior construction payroll & employment benefits
administration experience is preferred, but not required. Being
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. RBE is a specialty
contractor in the environmental abatement and demolition fields. We
have a team of approximately 80 employees with an Administrative
Team of 5. RBE offers a great work/life balance. We are looking for
