Recruiter, Regional Growth Manager - Remote Madison New Jersey Job Description

The Regional Growth Manager is a critical position to drive substantive growth for our sales offices across a given region reporting directly to the CBR's Chief Recruiting Officer. The Regional Growth Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the organization's experienced sales associate recruiting efforts. This role will identify, attract and grow Coldwell Banker Realty's team of top real estate agents whose Gross Commission Income (GCI) is a minimum of $100,000 for the last twelve months. This position will spearhead the growth of this agent base by identifying qualified agents, educating them on our value proposition, and fostering valuable relationships with both sales associates and industry leaders across the country.--

This position is 100% remote, however our ideal candidate will reside in either CST or EST.


Agent Recruiting:

  • Daily cold and warm recruiting of experienced agents to schedule prospective recruiting meetings with Coldwell Banker Branch Managers
    • Contact experienced (non-Realogy affiliates) independent real estate agents to communicate the advantages of affiliating with the Company and convey the Company's agent value proposition
    • Achieve minimum call quota each day (40/day)
    • Use available resources to target more experienced agents and manage candidate pipeline
    • Respond promptly to prospective experienced agents and team members
    • Maintain recruiting database and work to achieve recruitment metrics --
      • Ensure provision of consistent communications to stakeholders, and integrity of applicant tracking system data.
      • Strategically partner with CBR Branch Managers and local Operating Company leadership to recruit and schedule appointments
      • Focus on building relationships with affiliating managers as well as local senior leadership, create a strong level of trust, effectively understand their business, team dynamics and business goals
      • Demonstrate by example effective use of business analysis, communication tools. For example: Teams, PowerPoint, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect, etc.
      • Provide competitive intel/strategy training (webinars, conference calls) for local operating companies along with other members of the recruiting team. --
        • High School or Equivalent. Bachelor's degree a plus
        • 4+ years of Real Estate or Sales Industry Experience required
        • On a daily basis the ability to make 40+ calls to prospects, with a goal of setting 10 meetings between prospects and Branch Managers per week
        • Proven recruiting success within the Real Estate industry required
        • Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database
          • Proven customer relationship, influence management and conflict resolution skills
          • Exemplary customer service skills
          • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effort
          • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and virtual collaborative tools
