months Description Description: Required Skills: More than two
years of client -specific work experience in eligibility and
enrollment for Income Maintenance (IM) / public assistance
programs, such as: Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, FoodShare/SNAP, and
SSI Caretaker Supplement. Candidates with public assistance
eligibility program experience in another state . Strong verbal and
written communication skills and experience delivering
presentations/trainings to large groups in-person or online.
Preferred Skills: One or more years of training experience.
Experience with Overpayments and/or Long Term Care. Demonstrated
proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe Connect, Captivate,
SnagIt, Adobe Design Premium CS4, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities:
Responsible for development, implementation, evaluation, and
maintenance of efficient and effective IM training programs for IM
eligibility staff and delivering the content in-person or online.
Assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of:
training needs, assessments, curriculum, and surveys. Recommend
strategies for marketing training programs to statewide consortia
and IM agencies. Coordinate and maintain training schedule. Provide
technical assistance for online training and eligibility policy and
systems. Assist in answering questions and checking case scenarios
for new IM workers via phone and email. Expected Deliverables:
Develop and deliver competency-based training modules. Develop and
maintain new work training scenarios, document files, and video
files. Technical Environment Project includes both J2EE on AIX and
IMS-DC on z/OS mainframe systems using DB2 and Oracle. J2EE
applications are built using RAD, run on IBM WebSphere, utilize
JSP/JavaScrpt/Custom Tag/EJBs technologies, implement Singleton,
Factory and DAO design patterns, and communicate via AJAX,
WebSphere MQ messaging, web services, and REST. VIVA is an equal
