The Pfister is looking for a Lead Esthetician to join our Well Spa
Salon team and continue its iconic legacy. As the Well Spa Lead
Esthetician at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional esthetic services, training and mentoring
estheticians, and assisting Spa Management in ensuring that all
guest experiences are distinctively superior. Built in 1893, The
Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130

program in 1976. What you will be doing: · Supervise daily
esthetician operations, including scheduling, service rotation, and
MOD shifts. · Perform professional esthetic services such as
facials, peels, body treatments, and other offerings according to
protocol. · Maintain a minimum retail sales benchmark to support
spa revenue goals. · Assist with product inventory, requisitions,
and ordering for esthetic services. · Monitor cleanliness and
maintenance standards within esthetic treatment rooms and
equipment. · Research, recommend, and assist with development of
new products and services. · Ensure customer satisfaction by
resolving guest issues with diplomacy and care. · Lead training and
mentoring sessions for new hires and existing estheticians; provide
monthly training schedule to Spa Director. · Support Spa Management
by maintaining employee records, attendance, and commendations. ·
Assist with staff meetings, development sessions, and
interdepartmental communication. · Act as a liaison between
esthetic staff and Spa Management, reporting issues, concerns, and
opportunities for improvement. · Perform other duties as assigned
to support Spa Director and Spa Manager. Position Requirements: ·
Current state license as an Esthetician required. · Minimum 2–3
years of professional esthetician experience, with at least 1 year
in a leadership or training role preferred. · Strong knowledge of
skin care products, treatments, and esthetic protocols. · Proven
ability to lead, train, and mentor staff to achieve performance
goals. · Excellent customer service and communication skills. ·
Ability to work collaboratively with other spa departments and
hotel leadership. · Strong organizational skills with attention to
detail in scheduling, reporting, and communication. · Flexibility
to work a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
