Job Description:

Restaurant Manager at Great Wolf: oversee staff, manage inventory, provide quality customer service, and ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for inspiring and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service to all guests while managing the daily activity of a restaurant. This includes:

• Overseeing staff to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food presentation
  
• Managing inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operations
  
• Providing quality customer service and resolving guest complaints
  
• Ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations
  
  
  Key responsibilities include:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Developing operational guidelines and policies
    
  • Maintaining dining room staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating, and training employees
    
  • Preparing dining room staff by introducing menus and teaching food presentation techniques
    
  • Maintaining dining room ambiance by inspecting and monitoring serving stations, table linens, floors, seating, lighting, and music
    
  • Protecting dining room assets by adhering to security policies and procedures
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    
    • 
      
    • High School diploma or equivalent
      
    • 1+ year previous experience in a food service supervisor role
      
    • 1+ year utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology
      
    • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
      
      
      Desired qualifications and traits include:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Prior experience with Micros POS
        
      • Serve-Safe and/or TIPS certification
        
      • Proven teamwork and leadership skills
        
      • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
