Seeking out a Customer Service Specialist for a premier company that focuses on helping people!$18.75 an hour.7-week training program Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.24/7/365 Inbound Call Center; after training no shift ending later than 10pm.This TEMP to HIRE position will give you the opportunity to deliver high-quality service to callers from pharmacies, doctor's offices, and plan membersAND give you the ability to work from home! *MUST LIVE IN WISCONSIN*You are responsible to troubleshoot and provide resolution to inquiries on all topics; striving for first contact resolution. Work to meet department performance metrics and ensure your main priority will always be answering incoming calls. Document all inquiries handled in a complete, clear, and concise manner. Must be proficient at utilizing multiple applications.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of MS OfficeTyping at a minimum of 40 WPMTwo years' customer service experience preferredBilingual skills desiredAbility to learn large amounts of information quicklyREQUIREMENTS:HS Diploma RequiredAbility to pass pre-employment background check and drug screenPass an internet speed testGREAT BENEFITS from Day 1 including PTO and weekly pay!Class begins June 24th Interviews starting nowIND2IND2by Jobble
