hospitality-first mindsetExcellent communication skills, strong
interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skillsAbility to lead
by example while supporting and developing a teamA thorough
knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktailsCollaborates with
Overture staff to increase communication regarding events,
identifies creative ways to build sales, and develops and markets
specialty drinksBuilds strong relationships with all members of
management, including BOH, and works to maintain positive
communication within the teamAttends weekly manager and BEO
meetings, contribute where necessaryUnderstands all bar equipment
operations, bar storage areas and maintains organization and
preventative maintenance scheduleAbility to manage and record
inventory accurately and efficiently each periodMaintains
relationships with all beverage vendors and completes beverage
orders each weekManages events including all following steps: FOH
prep, setup, execution, and breakdown following the conclusion of
events2 or more years of bartending experience, management
experience is preferredWill be required to obtain ServeSafe Food
