Overview:Capitol Lakes, Madison's premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Dining Services Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management of fine dining, hotel, country club, senior living or other hospitality settings to lead our dining services team in our fine-dining restaurants, upscale casual Bistro, and catering program. In addition to overseeing all operations for our dining programs, you'll be responsible for department budgeting, team management and coordination with other departments to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction.As the top-level member of the Dining Services team, you will drive the department's success by continually developing, mentoring, and holding accountable all team members in accordance with their job descriptions, your sense of ownership, striving for excellence, and your expectations/vision as the leader of the department.We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community.
