Summary:The QTI Group is partnering with our client, a family-owned business, in recruiting to hire a Customer Service Representative, located in Middleton. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter and reliable. This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a schedule of Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm and a pay rate of $18 /hour, based on experience. • Enter orders, create and update customer accounts, process return requests -
• Provide customer service via phone and email ensuring timely resolution of any issues -
• Assist Production Scheduler in producing daily production/shipping schedules
• Run month-end sales reporting for company-based business units -
• Learn procedural, policy, and system enhancements -
• File and maintain organization of required paperwork
• Responsible for quality assurance/audit of work dutiesQualifications:
  • HS diploma/GED required
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or customer-facing role
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience with UNIX preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to details, the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong troubleshooting and computer skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment
