Internal Medicine Opening in Northeast WILocated in Neenah, WIFull-time, PermanentSeeking an Internal Medicine physician to provide Outpatient services. This is a great opportunity for a new physician to grow their practice with an experienced, reputable group in a brand new facility. This position will partner with a dedicated and innovative medical staff, including Advanced Practice Clinicians and the on-site lab. This opportunity will allow the physician to work in a setting where growth and change are encouraged and expected. As part of the hospital's delivery model, providers offer same day appointments, and provide a plan of care before patients leave their appointment. In addition, patients will know their laboratory results during their visit!

• Call will be 1:7
• The group shares "at home" call with another physician- allowing for great work-life balance
• A nurse triage service, first screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call physician
• Hospitalist team manages all admissions
• Offer Details:
• This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. After the 2 year guarantee, physician goes onto the compensation plan which is based on RVU's, as well as other quality components.
