We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: - Bring your readiness to learn about endocrinology as a valued member of our team. This position will focus on Endocrinology conditions and Osteoporosis. - There is NO Diabetes care with this position - Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone, MyChart and in clinic. - Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures. - Provide education and guidance to patients and families. - Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, and medical assistants. - Use nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills to ensure each patient receives remarkable care. - Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
