Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location: Milwaukee, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,460 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Oversee patient care and coordinate with patient care technicians Conduct patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and dialysis machine setup Lead the dialysis team ensuring quality and safety standards Build strong bonds with patients and families, providing emotional support Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Requirements 1 year of chronic dialysis experience (must be on resume) Charge RN experience in dialysis setting (must be on resume) Must be willing and able to take charge RN role Experience with FMC dialysis systems and EMR required BLS certification required Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
