provide visibility to off shifts as needed You will work at
American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. Be part of
something remarkable. Lead the planning and opening of a new
General Care Pediatric unit and provide strategic leadership and
operational oversight for the Pediatric Float Pool, supporting care
for patients from newborn through adolescence. We are seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) to: - Collaborate closely with unit leaders
to anticipate staffing needs, maintain competency alignment across
units, and drives quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes
across all areas served by the float pool. - Manage staffing and
budget operations, including scheduling, FTE oversight, performance
management, and operating budgets for both departments. - Foster a
culture of adaptability and staffing flexibility to support unit

Science – Nursing (BSN), Required - Master’s degree in Nursing,
Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related
field. Preferred Work Experience - Three (3) years of relevant
clinical experience. Required - Demonstrated progressive leadership
experience. Required - Five (5) years of progressive leadership
experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications - RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin.
