TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel Minimum 2 year recent LPN experience (Med-Surg or Inpatient Rehab preferred) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (EPIC experience required – minimum 13 weeks) / Schedule: 12s (6:30P–7A or 6:30A–7P), EOW weekends holiday rotation, 13 weeks, Call Required / Start Date: 02/17/2026 / Unit: Inpatient Rehab (49 beds, 1:7 ratio, high acuity similar to Med-Surg) / EMR: Epic / Skills Required: Inpatient rehab or skilled nursing experience, trauma-referred patients (70%), high-acuity care / Floating: None currently (may float to satellite IRF within 20 mins in future) / Completion Bonus: $2,000 (must complete full 13 weeks with satisfactory attendance) / No Local Candidates Accepted TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID 981095.
