vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be

in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Procedure/Surgical Services
Supervisor to: - Help lead the day-to-day operations and
coordination of patient care services for the diagnostic imaging
team. - Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based
practice. - Facilitate communication, coordination and
collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning
and provision of high quality, cost-effective care. - Utilize your
strong professional communication and collaboration skills to
provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor
staff, and resolve patient concerns. - Be able to perform
procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow
for the new Eastpark Medical Center radiology procedures. - Be an
effective member of the Radiology/Medical Imaging management team,
fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a
strong commitment to organizational service standards. At UW

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing Required -
Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field Preferred Work
Experience - 2 years relevant nursing experience Required -
Evidence of leadership experience Required - 5 years of relevant
experience in clinical practice Preferred - Leadership or
supervisory experience with demonstrated success Preferred Licenses
& Certifications - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State
of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted
the nurse licensure compact Required - Current CPR/BLS
