Job Description:
SSM Health, a leading not-for-profit Catholic health system, is
looking for an experienced Administrative Supervisor (RN) with a
specialization in Long-Term Care (LTC) to join our dedicated team.
This role is pivotal in sustaining our commitment to deliver
compassionate and comprehensive care across the Midwest. The ideal
candidate will supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our
LTC facilities, ensuring exceptional care standards, compliance
with healthcare regulations, and effective management of staff. By

Oversee daily operations of the LTC facility, ensuring efficient
patient workflow and high standards of care. Supervise nursing and
administrative staff, providing coaching, professional development,
and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and standards while spearheading quality improvement
initiatives. Coordinate with healthcare providers, staff, and
management to optimize patient care and facility operations. Manage
patient care planning and implement evidence-based practices for
long-term care. Develop and manage budgets, optimize resource
allocation, and ensure financial sustainability of the LTC unit.
Promote a culture of safety, empathy, and collaboration amongst
staff and patients. Strong leadership and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of long-term care management and policies
Ability to manage and develop staff Proficiency in healthcare
software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal

Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification
in Gerontological Nursing or similar (Preferred)
