Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management /n• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses /n• Work every other weekend schedule /n• 16-hour night block obligation (NBO) /n• No on-call responsibilities /n• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system /n• At least 2 years of previous Med Surg RN experience required /n• At least 1 travel contract completed required /n• Must be comfortable with neuro patients and surgical patients within the medical surgical unit /n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS /n• Wisconsin nursing license required /n• Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission date /n• Must provide driver's license, work history/resume, license verification, copy of required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference /n• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (local candidates accepted with 10% rate reduction in Madison) /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive health system that provides medical and surgical care services.
