Care Location: Sheboygan, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,236 per

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, 53081! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care ICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: 2-3 years License: Registered Nurse License
Certifications: BLS ACLS NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with
interpreting cardiac strips Experience with ventilators Experience
with chest tubes Experience with tracheostomies Experience with
line management Proning experience Comfortable with bedside and
nursing station telemetry monitoring Description: This position is
for a lower acuity ICU. The environment includes general ICU,
stroke care, COVID patients, medical and surgical needs, behavioral
health, overdoses, post-cardiac arrest, and ventilator management.
Patient ratios are 1:2-3 based on acuity. A CNA is available with a
ratio of 1:7. There is no Health Unit Coordinator in the ICU. The
charge nurse will take patient assignments. Phlebotomy is available
for peripheral blood draws. The IV/VAT team is available during
daytime shifts. Respiratory therapy is available 24/7. A
hospitalist is available 24/7. An ICU educator is on staff.
Occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy are
available on weekdays. The intensivist is present from 0600-1800,
with eICU support from 1800-0600. The charting system used is EPIC.
The equipment includes Alaris and Pyxis. The nurse must be
comfortable floating to the cardiac unit. Weekend rotation is every
other weekend. Time off can be approved for up to seven days.
On-call schedules vary based on unit needs. Holiday expectations
also vary based on unit needs. Scrub color is any professional
